For each visitor to our Web page we collect only unique page visits, we do not collect any information regarding your domain name, E-mail address nor do we set cookies. We do not collect E-mail addresses from those who communicate with us via E-mail using
info@tahoecrown.com.
For each person who makes a reservation with us we ask for the guest’s name, phone number and address for identification and registration purposes. We also ask for E-mail address to send confirmation letter(s) and to send follow-up satisfaction E-mail; this is optional, a guest may refuse to provide E-mail address and in no way will this affect their rate or ability to make a reservation. To secure a reservation we ask for a major credit card that will be charged half of your estimated total room charge in accordance with our 7-day cancellation policy.
We have a 7-day cancellation policy on all reservations. If you cancel outside the 7 days prior to your arrival we will return your deposit but there will be a $25 cancellation fee. If you cancel within the 7 days prior to your arrival you will forfeit the entire deposit.
Guests who supply us with their telephone numbers will only receive telephone contact form us with regards to your reservation or prior stay.
We do not sell or share your personal information, including but not limited to; name, phone number, address, credit card or E-mail address. This collected information is stored on our company computers, within our reservation operating system which is fire walled, multiple pass word protected and all credit card transactions are secured via a SSL encryption.

Changes to this policy may occur with any change in our registration procedures or change in our marketing plan. Changes may occur as we use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not disclosed in our privacy notice. If this does occur please refer to this page on our web site. You will provided an opportunity to opt out of these new uses. If you are concerned about how your information is used please check back at our Web site periodically.
Guests may prevent their information from being used for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected by contacting us at info@tahoecrown.com.
