FERRARI'S CROWN RESORT

As usual, we had a wonderful stay at the Crown. The room's view was terrific and quiet. Although we prefer the 300 rooms because of the size, our 500 room's view made up for that. It's always so clean and well cared for, that we never hesitate to recommend the Crown to our friends. Thanks for the great time!

What a wonderful place!! My family really enjoyed themselves and no one complained at all (that's a first!). You are in a perfect location with so many things to do. The rooms are clean and in very good condition. We will definitely be back!!

Stayed 2 nites in upstairs room - a bit hot with no air conditioning. No frills but met our needs.? However, rooms/bathroom were absolutely spic and span.? Pool, beach right there. Early am walks right on the shore line to center your day!? Perfectly situated for families.? 6am coffee bar you can walk to, Steamers for outdoor family pizza right across from sandy playground on beach, Jakes for a more upscale dinner, miniature golf course set amidst pines, Log Cabin for breakfast and ice cream and Rite-Aid for last minute sunscreen/snack items ALL within close walking distance - we had a 3 and 7 year old and we know.? Friendly staff with long history at the lake.? We would go back.

We loved Ferrari's Crown and Lake Tahoe. Would have loved to stay longer (we were there only one night), but our schedule didn't permit it. Bathroom was immaculate (important to me) and accommodations were excellent. Price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend Ferrari's Crown to friends. Would hope that someday I could come and spend more time there.

We've known Dave and family for the past 50 or so years and have always put our out of town guests in your motel. They always love it. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, the prices are reasonable, the Crown is really the best place to stay in north Tahoe.

I would like to thank the Ferrari Crown! My son had his first adventure in the snow. We played on the beach all morning in the snow. Then he took his first ski lesson at North Star. Then we came back to the Crown and got ready for dinner and walked down to Jason's for Burgers. It was hard to leave! My son said "i want to live here Forever" I know what he means! Thanks again and we will be back soon!

We liked our stay. the staff was pleasant. We enjoyed the hot tub with the view of the lake. The pilot light did go out in our room, but a staff member promptly relit it and supplied us with a back up electric heater.

Good afternoon,

I truly enjoyed my stay at your hotel! Even though one of my three children were sick, there was more than enough space to separate them and still be comfortable. I felt "at home"! The lake view was absolutely beautiful (One of the pictures I took is now a screen savor!); You are incredible close to outdoor activities such as tubing, skiing, boarding and snow tours!

Not only will I come back, I will tell all my friends to go as well.

We really enjoyed ourselves at the "Crown". The accommodations were great and so was the price. Your location is awesome. Since we were without a car for 3 days, we could walk to all of the fine eating establishments in Kings Beach and being right on the beach was an extra plus. We will definitely return to the "Crown" for future stays.

We had such a wonderful time the 2 nights we spent at your place. Everyone was so helpful and friendly and our room even without a lake view was so clean and comfortable. The place has the charm of the 50's and it is the only place we will stay when we come up to Lake Tahoe. We just wished we would have found it many years eariler. We plan on coming back again and again and will certainly tell our family, friends and neighbor's about your property. What a joy and pleasure it was to stay there for our first time. It is like the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.

You all are running a fine establishment at a great location. I was impressed with the cleanliness both in and outside of our room. The shower door does not fully close in room 403, but everything else was fine. Thank you for providing a small refrigerator in the room and the complimentary continental breakfast were both appreciated.

Absolutely charming lodge. My wife and I plan to enjoy a stay at your place on an annual basis. Loved the spa overlooking the lake and the friendly staff. Only complaint was the weather (52 as a high in August) but hopefully we'll have better luck next year.

Our stay was fine. Just what we wanted: #407 was very clean and quiet. We have stayed at the Crown on several occassions over the years and we find it to be very convenient for us when we want to stay overnight at North Shore.

Dear Crown Staff,

First of all I want to thank everyone who made our family reunion a fantastic event. All ten of us enjoyed every amenity afforded us at your resort. We all felt very welcomed!

We most especially enjoyed sitting on the lounge chairs at the water's edge. It was all 8 lounge chairs lined up on Tuesday night with a lot of family chatter. We all appreciated the 10:00 pm quiet time. It made for easy sleeping.

Wednesday night when we had the deck for our barbecue was a gift for all of us. We are all good eaters and we so enjoy cooking. The feast and the family together was a very special event for all of us.

What made this trip so special was the fact that I (Mother to six lovely children, and extended family) was the fact that I didn't have to make the beds or launder the towels. The housekeeping staff was excellent. Tell Juan we really appreciated all that he did for us too!

I'm still smiling form this fantastic experience.

good to hear from you as i was about to write regarding our stay last week. my wife and daughters thought i was brilliant for bringing them to ferrari's. of course, i agreed. not only was the price right, but everything about your resort was terrific. everyone on the staff, from the family members to the wonderful service crews were first class, fun and kind of felt like family. we talked about our vacation all the way down 395 and agreed we had found a home in lake tahoe. also great were the other guests, everyone was friendly and fun. it was also interesting that many of the guests had grown up in tahoe, longtimes friends of the ferarri family... that says it all. we are already planning a longer stay next summer, and thinking about a visit this winter. thank you for everything, it was fantastic. and thanks for sending that old bear over to visit my daughter on the beach, you gave her the story of the summer! best wishes and lets hope the snow falls and the water rises.

I rarely respond to surveys such as these especially with positive comments but I was extremely pleased with the service, cleanliness and location of the hotel. This was my first stay in Kings Beach and I plan on staying at the Crown again upon return.

I just booked another stay! You have the best lake views; the room is large and clean; the bed comfy. We especially like the privacy of the lake front rooms. The outdoor hot tub is fantastic, with an million dollar view. The staff is helpful. We asked about restaurants and were directed to Soule* (not sure the exact name) and enjoyed a fabulous meal at an insanely low price.

The only suggestion I have is including some yogurt in the breakfast room, but that room is great, too, with a welcoming fireplace and views of the lake.

I'll post something on Tripadvisors.
